WoW: Missing client files

Some files that might solve some issues if you're having problems getting WoW installed.

This is the European client for World of WarCraft. Originally released for the beta test, the files can still be used to install the game, should you have lost your game discs or the like. Of course, to play the game, you need to have a valid cd-key.

To get going, you need to download three files. Following that you can choose to download the latest patch from Boomtown too, or update through the in-game download client. We recommend downloading it all from here.

Follow these instructions:
1. Download World of WarCraft client #1
2. Download World of WarCraft client #2
3. Download World of WarCraft missing files (this file)
4. Unzip all the files into the SAME folder

Having done that, you should have the following files in the directory you have chosen to un-zip the files to:
Installer Tome.mpq
Installer Tome2.mpq
Installer Tome3.mpq
Installer Tome4.mpq
Installer.exe

In addition, two other folders should be located the same place. They are supposed to, so don't mess with them:
World of Warcraft (OS X).app
DirectX

You are now ready to install the client. Simply double-click Installer.exe, and the installation will begin. If you experience problems, try unzipping the files again. When the installation is complete, download and install the latest patch.

I have tested the files without problems the 15th of August 2005.

The client ONLY works with the EU/UK version of World of WarCraft.
